- Propranolol 10mg Tablet contains Propranolol which is a Beta blocker. It is employed in the management of hypertension (high blood pressure), angina (chest pain) and arrhythmia (irregular heart rhythm).
- It can also be used to control the abnormal increase in blood pressure as well as heart rate caused by many underlying conditions such as anxiety or hyperthyroidism.
